Shipping Method

  • Our default shipping method is USPS Ground.
  • If you’d like your order sooner, you can upgrade to an expedited shipping option at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location. USPS Ground typically delivers within 5-10 business days after your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Returns:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Due to the nature of purchased artwork, all sales of custom or one-of-a-kind pieces are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Requesting a Return

If your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at brightrosestudio@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) and packaging showing the issue.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
