NO GATEKEEPING! Shop my market setup ⬇️

When I decided that I would try out art markets last November, I was overwhelmed by the beautiful booths I saw on Pinterest and Instagram - but where were they finding their displays? How did they get started? I spent so much time searching ultra-specific phrases, dimensions, and check-out processes, and I thought I'd share the fruits of my labor with you.

Please note that I do make a small comission from all Amazon links listed here. I've marked them with (*) for transparency.

5x7 Acrylic Signholders*:

I use these to display my Venmo/Instagram QR codes. This comes as a pack of 3, so I also use them when I'm displaying my art at local shops and need a lil' bio!

Cash Box*:

I like this simple little locked cash box! I've seen other vendors use fannypacks, and I love that strategy as well. I actually take the organizer insert out and just use it without.

8x10 Gift Bags*:

I like to offer bigger orders a gift bag, and these are super nice and sturdy! I use my thermal label printer to print logo stickers and put them on the bags for a little extra branding.

Business Card Holder*:

I like everything in my booth to be CUTE. Even my business card holder! The cloudy shape of this one is so fun and I get a lot of compliments on it.

Collabsible Wagon*:

If you're doing markets, you NEED a wagon. Easily one of my best purchases. This one is so easy to pop up and collapse down. Any wagon will do, but if you want the one I use, you can get it here: https://amzn.to/483VF6s

10x10 Canopy Tent*:

One of the things I put off until I absolutely had to, was a 10x10 canopy tent. They were all sooo pricey and it felt like such an investment. I'm glad I shopped around, because this Eagle Peak canopy tent is on the cheaper end, and I have had NO problems with it. You can also self-assemble this with relative ease, which is a plus!

You should also probably get some canopy weights. Here are the ones I use! https://amzn.to/3Nn037l

A2 Card Display*:

Again, I love a cute display. I couldn't believe it when I stumbled upon this one - it's affordable, cute, and it works great! I did have to reinforce it with extra screws in the back, which I think is a small labor to pay for a display like this.

5x7 Print Display*:

I have A LOT of prints. They're like my children - I can't pick favorites. So, I wanted to display as many as I could on my table. Enter: this display. It fits 3 5x7 prints across! You can also get it in other sizes for A2 cards, postcards, and more.

8x10 Print Display:

I use a dish rack from Ikea to showcase my 8x10 prints. It's only $6 and you can use it for so many different things in your setup!

Here's the IKEA link: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/ostbit-plate-holder-bamboo-90322360/

Mini Crates*:

I use these mini crates for my 3x3 notepads. If you regularly do markets, you'll know what a joy it is to have something be fully collapsible. These collapse and have been through the ringer with no sign of stopping. Great for pins and keychains too!

Self Adhesive Clips*:

My signs are made out of foamcore, so they need to be held up well. My partner, Milton, actually found these and they have helped with even more than my signs - like when the wind was crazy during Kenton Street Fair and I needed to clip my prints down!

Fishing Wire*:

You can get fishing wire anywhere, so you don't have to use this link. I love using fishing wire to tie back my prints on outdoor/windy market days!

Here's the wire I use: https://amzn.to/4dMBKu0

Sticker Display*:

I use a nail polish organizer to display my stickers - the one I'm linking here has 7 levels and I can pretty easily fit 4 3x3 stickers to a row. I'm definitely planning on getting another one of these when I have more stickers - it's collabsible, easy to put together, and cute!

Pegboard:

I use a pegboard to display my keychains - it's from Ikea, and you can get it here: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/skadis-pegboard-white-50320805/ I use these hooks to hold them, also from IKEA! https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/skadis-hook-white-20320802/

6ft Table:

This one's simple, but the best deal I was able to find on a 6ft table was from Target! Sometimes you can find them used on Facebook Marketplace as well. On this journey I was really surprised at how much some stores would charge for just a table..

Here's the table I use: https://www.target.com/p/peakform-6--39--folding-banquet-table-off-white/-/A-14324329

Branded Table Runner:

In order to showcase my brand and logo, I use a branded table runner on top of my tablecloths! I got mine from Vistaprint: https://shorturl.at/Jv8w2

Tablecloths*:

Again, simple! I have a very colorful booth, though, and I had some trouble finding nice tablecloths that covered the whole table and were an on-brand color.

Here are the ones I use: https://amzn.to/3BVnwK3
